I went to the DPS in Brownsville to start my DL paperwork, from the start I was greeted, the COVID protocol was observed, there was no wait, and I went straight to provide my documentation. Roxie made the whole process a breeze. To keep this brief, she treated me with respect at all times, I feel she handled my documents as if they were hers, she courteously answered all my questions, I hope there are more people in Texas who transpire willingness to serve as Roxie.
