With COVID concerns, I was screened and interviewed before entering the San Angelo office. As I waited, I noticed all the employees disinfected each work station after every customer. Ariana was friendly and efficient, immediately putting me at ease. I am a senior citizen and have renewed my DL numerous times, but this visit was the most pleasant experience yet. Kudos the entire staff and process at the San Angelo office!
