Two Year Investigation Leads to Federal Indictment and Subsequent Arrest of Multiple Suspects

SAN ANGELO – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Criminal Investigation Division (CID), in conjunction with the San Angelo Police Department (SAPD) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), conducted a two year Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) investigation which led to the federal indictment and the subsequent arrest of suspects for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine (> 500 grams).  

On Oct. 19, 2021, an arrest operation targeting those indicted was conducted with multiple agencies assisting, including the Concho County Sheriff’s Office, Menard County Sheriff’s Office, Kimble County Sheriff’s Office, McCulloch County Sheriff’s Office and Brady Police Department.

 The following individuals were arrested and charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine (> 500 grams):
