White male, victim of motor vehicle accident on US Hwy 59 in Wharton County, burned one hundred percent, was a smoker and had four broken ribs on back right side. Missing all upper teeth except three molars, bottom left front and four molars, bottom right, had three front lower jaw. Known by the name of "Randy". Related to case U510002470 (U00-12-003).
