Circumstances: Mr. Hodgkinson has had mental problems in the past. Mr. Hodgkinson left his home to get something to eat and never returned. His vehicle was found abandoned two days later on a dead-end, dirt road in rural Orange County, Texas. The vehicle was locked and the keys were missing. Also missing from the vehicle was a military style rifle (AR-15).
