HIghway Patrol Sergeant Paul Hernandez

Sergeant Paul Hernandez suffered a fatal heart attack while on duty in San Antonio on October 4, 2012. Hernandez was stationed in Universal City and is survived by his wife, Vera, and son. He was the 231st DPS officer to die in the line of duty.
