The decedent was wearing a white t-shirt, size 34x30 Gap brand tan slacks, a brown belt, and brown and black tennis shoes.
The decedent was recovered entangled amongst debris beneath a railway bridge over a bayou at 100 Hogan, Houston, Texas.
