Description:
The victim was wearing a green jacket, a multi-color long sleeved sweater, blue jeans with red suspenders, a pair of brown socks, and black tennis shoes.
The victim was found in the Trinity River. He had a brown mustache and beard, a 9 inch tattoo on the sternum of a marijuana leaf with the word "buzz written below, and a tattoo of "TAMY" on the left arm. He was possibly a transient with the nickname "Booger Red."
