Circumstances: Ms. Huggins suffers from schizophrenia and takes Mellaril (50 mg). On the date of her disappearance she appeared to be disoriented. It was learned that she had ceased taking her medication three or four days before her disappearance. Ms. Huggins was last seen wearing a long skirt with a loud, bright pattern and an unknown blouse. Her hair was in a below the waist length ponytail. Ms. Huggins’ vehicle was found parked and locked on Highway 30, at Panther Creek, Crimes County, Texas.
