On 12-18-1992, the body of Luiz Segovia was discovered near Crystal City in Zavala County, Texas. Luiz had recently returned from Austin, Texas after taking a State Cosmetology Exam. On the night he was murdered, Luiz was described as being happy about his exam, and excited about his future.
