Markeis Jamal RICHARDSON, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive affiliated with the Loyalty Cash Business (LCB) gang, was captured on March 1, 2024, after turning himself in to the Texarkana Police Department, in Texarkana, Texas.RICHARDSON had been wanted since June 2022, after multiple warrants were issued by Texarkana Police Department (Texas) for his arrest for Robbery, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity – Aggravated Assault, and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity – Money Laundering. In July 2022, multiple warrants were issued out of Bowie County for his arrest for Probation Violations (Original Offenses: Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity (X2) and Engage in Organized Criminal Activity (X3)). Also, in July 2022, a warrant was issued out of Arkansas for his arrest for Parole Violation (Original Offense: Deliver of a Controlled Substance (X2)).RICHARDSON’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
