CAPTURE DETAILS:

Izeal SULLIVAN, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive affiliated with the Crips gang, was captured on December 14, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas. Working off investigative information, members of the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, including DPS Special Agents, located and arrested SULLIVAN at an apartment in San Antonio. TDCJ-OIG, Bexar County District Attorney’s Office, Texas Attorney General’s Office, and ICE all assisted in the multi-agency investigation.In 2004, SULLIVAN was convicted of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. In 2008, he was convicted of Burglary of a Habitation and Theft and subsequently sentenced to 18 years of confinement. In 2017, SULLIVAN was again convicted of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and subsequently received a six-year sentence. He was released on parole in March 2020.SULLIVAN had been wanted since August 30, 2021, after the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a Parole Violation warrant for his arrest. Additionally, on February 17, 2022, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office issued warrants for his arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Assault of a Family/Household Member by Choking.SULLIVAN’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers.
