Quincey PARKER, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive affiliated with the Crips gang, was arrested on June 10, 2022, in Arlington, Texas. Working off tip information, Fort Worth Police Department and members of the U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force located and arrested PARKER at a residence in Arlington.In 1995, PARKER was convicted of Possession of a Controlled Substance and sentenced to five years of confinement. In 1998, he was convicted of Murder and give a 40-year sentence. He was released on parole in March 2018.PARKER had been wanted since October 13, 2021, after the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for his arrest for Parole Violation. Additionally, on March 7, 2022, the Fort Worth Police Department issued a warrant for his arrest for Murder.PARKER’s arrest was the result of tip information received through Crime Stoppers and a reward was paid.
