David Sauceda MEDINA, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on August 9, 2018, in Glendale Heights, Illinois, by the Glendale Heights Police Department.In August 2008, MEDINA was convicted in Florida of Attempt to Commit Sexual Battery after an incident involving a 12-year-old girl.In October 2010, MEDINA was convicted in Travis County of Indecency with a Child – Sexual Contact after an incident involving a 7-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 6 years in TDCJ prison. MEDINA was discharged from TDCJ in May 2016 and was required to register as a sex offender for life. After being discharged from TDCJ, MEDINA resided in Austin and the Bell County area. MEDINA had been wanted by the Bell County Sheriff’s Office since January 2018 for Indecency with a Child – Sexual Contact.The Austin Police Department also issued a warrant for MEDINA’s arrest in March 2018 for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
