Dylan Michael CARROLL, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on February 13, 2025, in San Angelo, Texas. Texas DPS Special Agents, along with Texas Highway Patrol (THP), Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, and San Angelo Police Department, located and arrest CARROLL.Since 2016, CARROLL has been convicted in the Carolinas of Larceny of a Firearm and Burglary. In September 2024, he was convicted in Tom Green County of Assault of a Family/Household Member by Impeding Breath/Circulation. CARROLL had been wanted out of Tom Green County since November 2024, when a warrant was issued for his arrest for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury. CARROLL also has a Probation Violation warrant issued for his arrest out of South Carolina.
