Seth Michael ALTMAN, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on October 25, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas. ALTMAN was taken into custody without incident by Fort Worth Police Department Officers.On October 3, 2024, at approximately 11 p.m., the Police Chief of the Memphis Police Department (Hall County), along with one of his officers, went to a residence in Memphis to arrest ALTMAN for Burglary. ALTMAN is accused of shooting the Police Chief multiple times and then fleeing on foot from the residence.On October 4, 2024, a warrant was issued out of Hall County for ALTMAN’s arrest for Attempted Capital Murder of a Peace Officer.
