Thaddeus Cordera HODGE is a convicted sex offender required to register every three months. He has ties to Rusk County including the cities of Mount Enterprise, Texas and Garrison, Texas. In 2018, HODGE was convicted of two counts of Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact following incidents with a 15-year-old female. He was subsequently sentenced to 8 years confinement for each offense, to be served concurrently. On August 25, 2023, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for his arrest for Parole Violation (Original Offenses: Indecency with a Child (x2)). Additionally, since August 26, 2024, warrants have been issued out of Rusk County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and Debit/Credit Card Abuse.
