Michael Evan SCOTT is a convicted high risk sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Dallas County and Tarrant County, including the cities of Irving and Arlington, Texas. In 2005, SCOTT was convicted of three counts of Aggravated Robbery and subsequently sentenced to 7 years confinement for each count, to be served concurrently. In 2016, SCOTT was convicted of three counts of Indecency with a Child by Exposure and was subsequently sentenced to 4 years confinement for each count, to be served concurrently. In 2022, SCOTT was convicted of Indecency with a Child by Exposure and was subsequently sentenced to 4 years’ probation. On January 11, 2024, a warrant was issued out of Dallas County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
