Robert GONZALES is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to McLennan County, including the city of Waco, Texas. In 2011, GONZALES was convicted of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and subsequently sentenced to 2 years confinement. Also, in 2011, GONZALES was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with a 5-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 10 years confinement in TDCJ prison. In 2014, GONZALES was convicted of Felonious Assault in Ohio and subsequently sentenced to 2 years confinement. The following year, in 2015, GONZALES was convicted again of Felonious Assault in Ohio and subsequently sentenced to 3 years confinement. In 2022, GONZALES was convicted of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and Possession of a Controlled Substance and subsequently sentenced to 2 years confinement for each offense, to be served concurrently. On September 12, 2023, a warrant was issued for his arrest our of McLennan County for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
