Ramiro Manuel DOMINGUEZ, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on June 27, 2024, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Working off tip information, DPS Special Agents from Lubbock coordinated with the Cheyenne Police Department in Wyoming to locate and arrest DOMINGUEZ.In 2012, DOMINGUEZ was convicted of First-Degree Rape in Oklahoma following an incident with a 10-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 8 years confinement. Also, 2012, DOMINGUEZ was convicted of Domestic Assault & Battery/Abuse in Oklahoma and subsequently sentenced to 3 years confinement to be served concurrently with the 8-year sentence for Rape.DOMINGUEZ had been wanted since December 2023, when a warrant was issued out of Hale County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. DOMINGUEZ’s arrest was the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so a reward will be paid.
