Ronald Kent PALMER, Jr., a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on July 11, 2024, in Houston, Texas. Working off investigative information, Texas DPS Criminal Investigations Division, Texas Highway Patrol, Texas Rangers, along with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, Houston Police Department, and the US Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force located and arrested PALMER at a residence in Northeast Houston. PALMER had been wanted for an Aggravated Assault that occurred on July 10, 2024, on Wallisville Road in East Harris County. He was also a person of interest in the Capital Murder of a Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy.

To be eligible for the cash rewards, tipsters must provide information to authorities using one of the following methods:
