Oscar Oswaldo MADRID CARTAGENA is a criminal illegal immigrant from Honduras with ties to North and Northeast Texas, including the cities of Dallas and Marshall, Texas. In 2013, he was arrested in Texas for Alien Inadmissibility and subsequently removed from the United States. In October 2023, MADRID CARTAGENA was arrested by Richardson Police Department for Sexual Assault and subsequently bonded out of jail. On March 5, 2024, a warrant was issued out of Dallas County for his arrest for Sexual Assault.
