Clarence Enyi MFOR, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrant, was captured on March 2, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. Working off investigative information, DPS Special Agents assigned to the Texas Anti-Gang (TAG) Center in San Antonio, located and arrested MFOR.In 2019, MFOR was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in California for Alien Inadmissibility. In May 2023, MFOR was arrested by the Leon Valley Police Department for Assault Causes Bodily Injury to a Family Member. Additionally, in May 2023, MFOR was arrested by ICE in San Antonio, Texas for Immigrant Without An Immigrant Visa and was subsequently later released from a detention location.MFOR had been wanted since January 2025, after a warrant was issued out of Bexar County for his arrest for Sexual Assault.MFOR’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
