Dewarren Donta KNOWLES, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive affiliated with the Tree Top Piru Bloods gang, was captured on August 17, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas. Working off investigative information, a coordinated effort between members of the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, DPS Special Agents, and San Antonio Police Department officers assigned to the Texas Anti-Gang (TAG) Center, led to the arrest of KNOWLES.Since 2018, KNOWLES had been convicted of Assault Causes Bodily Injury to a Family Member, Theft of Property, and Terroristic Threat.KNOWLES had been wanted since February 2024, after a warrant was issued out of Harris County for his arrest for Sexual Assault of a Child.KNOWLES’ arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.

To be eligible for the cash rewards, tipsters must provide information to authorities using one of the following methods:
• Call the Texas Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477)
• Submit a web tip through the Texas 10 Most Wanted website or Facebook page • Submit a tip through the DPS Mobile App
All tips are anonymous – regardless of how they are submitted, and tipsters will be provided a tip number instead of using a name.
