Joe Raymond GONZALES, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on August 8, 2023, in Harris County. In 1990, GONZALES was convicted of Sexual Assault in Harris County and sentenced to 50 years confinement in TDCJ. He was released on parole in 2018. GONZALES had been wanted since November 2019 when the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for his arrest for Parole Violation. Additionally, on March 20, 2020, the Harris County Sheriff's Office issued warrants for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and Accident Involving Death.

To be eligible for the cash rewards, tipsters must provide information to authorities using one of the following methods:
