CAPTURE DETAILS:

Romeo TORRES, Jr., affiliated with the Partido Revolucionario Mexicano (PRM) gang, was detained on March 16, 2020, by Mexican Government Officials as the result of a fugitive investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and DPS Special Agents.TORRES was subsequently transported and released to the custody of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Officers at a port of entry in Eagle Pass, Texas. He was later released into the custody of DPS Special Agents and eventually transported to the Maverick County Jail.TORRES had been wanted since December 2016 out of Maverick County for Assault on a Public Servant, Aggravated Assault, and Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle.The arrest was not the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.

To be eligible for the cash rewards, tipsters must provide information to authorities using one of the following methods:
